At a time of hard times in the economy, we as a country need to save as much money as possible. There are far to many commissions and committes set up by the government, and the money that they cost could be put into something else or saved. I would like the government to abolish all commissions and committees to save money, and to give their powers and functions to a single local governments/councils.
