This e-petition is for the government to take into account that cannabis has real health benefits and be decriminalised.

The laws in the US regarding cannabis should be the same here in the UK. Against coffee shops and towards the medical purpose.

The law should be changed to allow the public to purchase or gain for free a green card to give them the power to grow up to 6 plants for personal use.

Be able to gain a licence to grow up to 25 plants for supplying cannabis to people who need it.

To be able to gain a licence to open dispensary around the UK giving the maximum number of 10 per county.

To have full mental health checks to patients before granting them with a green card.

To tax cannabis if made legal to a percentage no higher than 35% having a percentage of 5% or more given to charities who support people with terminal illnesses and deseases that can either be aided, helped or cured by cannabis.
