Rejected petition Death Penalty for Mass murder

I believe that the death penalty should be reintroduced in Britain.
Of course this would only be for the worst of crimes (mass murder, multiple rape offences, terrorism) and if the death penalty is decided upon by a court it would have to go to a larger panel of judges and the general public to decide if that punishment would be appropriate for the crimes committed.
