WHICH AUTHORISED ORGANISATION’s CAN ACCESS THIS VULNERABLE PEOPLE DATABASE, WHEN REACTING TO ANY TYPE OF NATURAL OR NON-NATURAL EMERGENCY, FOR THE SAFETY AND WELBEING OF THE VULNERABLE PEOPLE.

SADLY AUTHORITIES ARE FAILING THE SAFETY AND WELFARE OF VULNERABLE PEOPLE, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHERE WE ARE LIVING IT SEEMS?.WHICH IS BECOMING MORE WORRYING CONCERN NOW, THE COALITION MINISTER DO NOT REALISE THIS OR ADDRESSING THIS PROBLEM TOO?.
