Petition Make it Law that all Politicians and Law Enforcers to Scrutised by Publicly Elected Bodies and with r

In keeping with the fact that every member of the public is being subjected to privacy invasion then it should be made Law that every time any member of the public is made subject to public or private scrutiny by Government or the Law, be it , Public, Private or by 'Security' services then All the politicians and the Law makers should at the same time be made subject to even greatet scrutiny by a Publicly Elected,( as in the Local Government Elections) body as well. After all ;who scrutinises the scruntineers themselves?
Are they to be above the Law or is there one law for Politicians and another for the Public?
If the Public must surrender its Privacy then so must the most responsible members of Society. They must be held even more accountable than anyone and at all times !
