There are far too many experts, particularly in taxpayer funded jobs, who stand behind the knowledge that if they get it wrong - WHICH THEY OFTEN DO - it will be the taxpayer and not them who picks up the compensation tab. The CEO of the RCN recently called for NHS employees to be held accountable and responsible for their actions - PERHAPS TODAY WOULD BE A GOOD DAY TO EMBARK UPON THIS POLICY?
