The Government should act promptly to consider requests for asylum by Afghan interpreters who have, at considerable risk to their lives, assisted the British armed forces during the conflict in Afghanistan.
Britain appears to stand alone amongst the ISAF allies in failing to ensure their safety after the ISAF forces leave Afghanistan and the Taliban return.
