Petition child care and adoption proceeding to be placed before a public jury

I believe that all child care and adoption proceeding should be placed before a public jury as I believe that a decision as big as the removal of children should not come down to one persons decision that being a judge, I believe that all fact based evidence and not hear say evidence should be allowed to be challenged before a public jury and that all defendants should to able to call upon any witnesses that can help in there defence and that all independent assessments that are undertaken within the proceedings should not be allowed to be used if the assessors have been given non contested reports on the case before assessments were undertaken as they would no longer be independent assessments.
