Petition Yearly Mandatory “Empathy Quotient”(EQ) tests for Senior Government Officials and Members of Parliament.

All those in senior positions of authority should be subject to mandatory yearly “Empathy Quotient” (EQ) mental health assessments to determine their continuing suitability for their jobs.

Government Ministers and senior politicians should be tested yearly to determine whether they are suffering from serious “lack of empathy” conditions such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Anti-Social Personality Disorder, Conduct Disorder or Narcissism. Zero Negative individuals need to be identified before they can cause serious harm.

An Empathy Quotient (EQ) test could be used to assess all Members of Parliament when they are elected so problems with personality could be identified before appointment to a government role.
