It CANNOT be legal for a small portion of the citizens of the UK to be granted the human right of self determination while denying that same right to to the vast majority of the population of the UK. Under the Human Rights Act we ALL have a right to equality of treatment. The Falkland Islanderss are being given an opportunity to determine their own future in or out of the UK - an opportunity which is being denied to the remainder of us regarding our future in or out of the EU. That is a gross violation of the human right to equality of treatment.
