Petition British Antarctic Territory

The United Kingdom has trying but failing to recieve global legal recognision of the British Antarctic Territory. The Territory is also in part disputed by Chile and Argentina because of their Territories, that overlap it therefore I ask the government to give a soverignty referendum to the British Overseas Territory, followed by international recognision by the United Nations, if the Territory vote to remain British.
