Petition Ban and remove IPP Sentencing for prisoners

IPP is inhumane with no time limit to a sentence and no availability to carry out the pre-set courses set by courts, as personnel and cost issues affect all prisons in this country.
So we are requesting the government to remove and/or re-sentence any current or former prisoners carrying an IPP on their sentence.
