We the undersigned request the Government to review the legislation into requiring a minimum threshold to be introduced when a trade union attempts to implement strike action.

We therefore request that the government introduces a minimum threshold of 40% of membership to have participated in the vote for it to be deemed as a legal strike and to prevent the citizens of this country being kept to ransom.
