Creation of an independent English state thereby removing the financial burden that Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland place on English taxpayers. Single-handedly terminate the complaints that the devolved nations have about the English influence over their domestic issues. Aportion the British national debt accordingly. Stop the whinging, let the ungrateful nations fend for themselves and let the prosperity begin.
