Treat HM Forces, Seconded to Industry on Government contracts (who are not paid from public funds) the same as 'any other group’ in line with HMRC guidelines and regulations, The Armed Forces Covenant and Statutory Law with regards to National Insurance Contributions while serving overseas (in a Non EU country and countries with no agreement on social security with UK) for more than 52 weeks, giving them the option to pay voluntary Class 2 contributions, or pay these personnel the appropriate rate of allowances as detailed by their ‘service’ while overseas.
