Closed UK Annual Lethal Weapon Amnesty

This petition calls upon the Government to introduce an Annual Lethal Weapon Amnesty.

Every time there is an Amnesty large amounts of illegal weapons are removed from the use of criminals. This should become an annual event, supported by the Government, organised by the Police, and promoted by the media.

Consideration should be given to a financial incentive to participate, in a similar way to the Amnesty organised in the United States, where grocery vouchers are given, guns for groceries.
