Stop pupils and irresponsible parents holding teachers to ransom. Teachers need to have the ability to deal with naughty disruptive children using appropriate methods that do not endanger their own jobs or the learning of other children in the class. Non-forceful, teacher led decisions in the classroom need support ahead of pupils and obtrusive parent.
