Petition Idea for a knife amnesty

With the success of America's Guns for Groceries campaign, I suggest that we use a similar approach for knives. Knives for Knickers. Hand in a knife, get a voucher for underpants at Marks and Spencer's (or whoever would sponsor this initiative).
Maybe offer bigger value vouchers for different size knives. Flick knife - £15. Samurai sword - £40.
