Rejected petition criminalize the harrassment of the poor, disabled and unemployed

Criminalize the harrassment, impoverishment and demeanment of the poor. the unemployed, the disabled,the sick and the elderly, and hard working poor also..
Make it an offence in law to persecute, impoverish and harrass the poor. sick , disabled and unemployed. by any Government Institution and department and by all Politicians and people in positions of power.
A term of not less than 15 years imprisonment and fines not less than £20.000 should be imposed upon all Government individuals and departments that promote such inhuman barbarity and cruelty.
This offence is an offence to humanity itself and should be regarded as highly as a warcrime.
The Governments of not just this country are always seeking to harrass the poor because they are an easy and defenceless target that can't hit back.
All people who do not sign this petition are as guilty as those that punish poor people.
