Spring Boroughs Cafe closed in 2011.The Springs Charity applied to Northampton Borough Council to lease this building in order to deliver needed services to this deprived urban area. NBC have offered a 12 month lease and say the building will then be converted into a dwelling.Local residents are not happy, no consultation has taken place. Therefore we are asking NBC to issue a longer lease to the charity in order for needed services to be delivered to needy local residents
