Closed Save the QE2 and Bring her Home

Please could the Government try and save the proposed scrapping (as reported in several newspapers this week) of the QE2. This Liner is British Built, named by and after our Monarch, has been used as a troop Ship for the Falklands Campaign, and has carried 1000's of very emminent passengers from around the world. It should be berthed in the UK and used as an attraction for visitors from the UK and around the world and as an Educational Venue. Please would the Government either launch an appeal to raise the funds to save this ship or allow for funds to be allocated to bring her "Home"
