Yodel, the delivery company, fail to deliver parcels, with numerous complaints and a lack of customer service they are a disgrace to businesses in the UK. I am aware of numerous people who will not use certain companies (PC World; Amazon etc) Mail Order services as they use Yodel for deliveries. Packages vanish. Signed for when never delivered. Lost. Misplaced. No customer service whatsoever.
