Well all know that the threshold for being on sick leave from many taxpayer funded employments is exponentially lower than that for people in employment with private companies so it is quite possible that the 23000 police employees with second jobs carry on in those jobs while they receive sick pay for being unable to do their job in the police. Taxpayers need to know how much of this is going on.
