To take all dogs of the banned dog list.

It is against our civil rights to be told what breed of dog someone can own.

The banned dog list does keep the number dog attacks down and discriminates against responsible dog owners and individual dogs which have not committed any offence.

The application of this law causes trauma and upset to those who have had their pets taken off them and destroyed.

The is unjust and flawed, as it allows anyone to own a 15 stone Mastiff no matter what experience they have with dogs but stops a responsible dog owner from owning a 4 stone Terrier, based on nothing more than breed stereotyping.
