Petition Ratify the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence
More details
Despite signing the Council of Europe's Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence in June of 2012, the UK government has yet to ratify the convention. This convention cannot be brought into effect until 10 countries ratify the treaty. The UK government should ratify this convention as soon as possible in order to ensure that violence against women and domestic violence is brought to an end.
