Petition Driving Age to be raised to 18.

I believe the driving age should be raised to 18 years of age.
It is a modest change but for safety reasons it would be better - even if it saves 1 life!
17 year olds rarely need to drive to get a job - more stay on in education till 18 now.
It would also be in line with the official adult age of 18 when other, serious full responsibilities are taken on.
