Rejected petition reduce risks of children picking up needles

There has 2 come a point when we need 2 say STOP giving needles 2 users by th box full,this only encourages iv drug users 2 continue using & abusing drugs & the services provided.NOT all users clean up after themselves & just leave needles anywhere playgrounds ,backlanes,back yards of empty properties & worst of all school grounds , which is of course unsafe to th children and anyone else who has to come in contact with them, & WHO would b held responsible if a child hurts themselves by accident on a discarded needle ? would it be that of th needle exchange who handed them out ? If you agree please sign 2 stop users being given needles to fuel their addiction as it is an exchange they must return used items,if not then stop them from using th service instead of just giving them more and more 2 litter th streets of our communities!should b 1 for 1 policy,this might help combat th rising number of discarded drug paraphenalia around our children or just STOP th whole lot
