To remove payments to expats living in countries outside of Great Britain from receiving the winter fuel allowance. Paying expats this allowance who live in hot countries is nonsensible and the savings could be directed to the needy within our own country boundaries rather than subsidising those who have opted to leave our shores for warmer climates.
