Child Benefit: a UNIVERSAL benefit - which simply put means that it is paid to everyone with children, and the better-off repay it through higher tax. QED! It isn't rocket science.

We respectfully request that the Government abandons its ludicrous plans to means test this benefit - a move which will undoubtedly cost more in administration than it can hope to recoup.
