Introduce a performance related pay element into an MPs salary based on the average percentage turnout of the general election.
It is an MPs duty to engage with the Voter and therefore like the rest of PRP principals this element should be linked to their salary.
This will be across all parties and provide an indicator of the effectiveness of parliment in engaging with the electorate
