The government to look at the way VISAs are revoked for national sports persons when injured representing a home nation.

Hendre Fourie, because of an injury while playing for England, could/will be forced to return to South Africa after his contract with Sale Sharks was terminated due to retirement from the sport of rugby after said injury.

We call on the UKBA to issue a new VISA of residency in this circumstance
