The Bill defines what being a British police officer is about. Although lacking in realism... it is a part of out British culture, and it is not freely available.
THIS IS WRONG.
We appeal to the Dept of Culture, Media and Sport to commission ITV and or Thames TV to at least release the bill for purchase online.
