The Government should make it a Crime to Harass, Impoverish, Persecute , Victimise or Worry the Poor, the Elderly, the Unemployed the Disabled and the Sick.
The Crimes above should carry a First Offence sentence of not less than 2 years or up to 15 years in Prison dependent upon culpabilty and involvement in such crimes.
If the crime results in the death of any of the above in should be treated as Willful Murder. Persecuting the elderly and sick, Disabled and Unemployed should also be made a Crime against Humanity and should be treated as seriously as a War Crime.
