Closed Restrict Population Size

The UK population is set to rise to 72m by 2033. This is unsustainable - where will the jobs come from and what will the environmental impact be? More people means more housing, roads, cars, consumer goods, food production. In fact, more of everything, including CO2 emissions!!!
If global warming and climate change are to be taken seriously then efforts to limit population growth are probably the most important part of the "solution" yet the subject never gets raised!
