The British citizens are obliged to submit a tax return annually to avoid being penalized which is heavily publicized in the media.
We, therefore, want the Government to withold our financial contribution to Brussels until such time as the 'EU' produces qualified accounts which have been absent for over sixteen years.
This is totally unfair and unacceptable to the British tax payer.
