Closed stop the charge for photocard driving licence update

i have been told to renew my photo on my photo driving licence. the charge is £20.00 this may increase over time to the same as a passport charge? i have been told to pay up or risk a fine . why can i just update my photo when asked, do i really need to be charge £20 every time ..if we keep paying then it might end up £80 like your passport. they already have my information and all they need is an update of my photo WHY THE CHARGE.

there are 38 millions drivers in the uk needed to update a photo id at some point this years thats £760million pounds profit for them and us out of pocket.

please supports scraping the charge to licence holders who already hold a photocard licence.
