Closed petition Government to take 32% pay cut in line with austerity measures.

To insist that the Goverment reduces its wage bills in line of current austerity measures and careless handling of the economy to the point of creating the longest single recession in history.
In light of recent headlines, at time of writing, a full 32% pay cut for all MPs and Lords is deemed suitable; and no compensation for losses such a cut incurres whether given as expenses or any other kind of allowance, should be paid, for the entire term of the cut. This cut shall remain in place untill such a time as the economy is back in healthy and prolonged growth over a period of no less than one year.
