Self employed should be removed from universal credit minimum wage when calculating of benefit as many self employed run their business making losses and do not pay themselves minimum wage. Self employed should also be removed from paying tax in advance based on previous years profits.selfemployed should be counted as though their earnings are nil and their business profits taxed as though are corporations at corporate tax rates instead of self assessment personal tax rates as their universal credit will be tax free and they will not be using their personal tax free allowance
