There should be stricter laws for people who commit the act of rape, the code of practice and the law needs to be re-written and changed to allow the death penalty by lethal injection for people charged and convicted for the offence of rape.

There should be strict quidlines in place, such as full foresnic DNA analysis and polygraph tests on the accused of the offence, also it should be the victims to choose the fate of the accused either death penalty or imprisonment after the forensic DNA and polygraph tests come back as to allow for a fair outcome
