We the undersigned call on the Scottish government to ensure that the people of Scotland are given similar access to NHS treatments that currently exist in England, this petition was organised by the late Anna flaws who was denied herceptin on the NHS to treat her oesophagus cancer because it is not recommended by the Scottish consortium, and therefore had to fund the treatment herself, we would like to keep this petition going so many others unlike herself can get access to this treatment across Scotland
