When Allegations have been made against someone that person is treated guilty by organisations and society and you have to prove your innocence. That person is often dis guarded with little or no support. With the person who made the Allegations given support who supports the accused and their families in what is a very stressful time.

I would like the Government to ensure that organisations uphold their duty of care to employees and to ensure that families are supported through very difficult times.
The government to ensure that organisations and society recognize the stress that allegations put families under.
