The slaughter of elephants for financial gain is a crime against humanity and it must be stopped. The people of this country should be given an opportunity, through signing this petition, to indicate that they would prefer to fund the protection of elephants than perpetuate the funding of despotic and maniacal politicians of African republics who are using UK taxpayer pounds to buy bombs and bullets to kill innocent civilians in adjoining countries - which is EVEN MORE of a crime against humanity.
