Rejected petition Customers and not backers first! - Administration

More details

With so many high street stores going into administration, customers need protection when they are buying.

Change the law so that all customers are dealt with first in the administration process.

Example of these would be,

1. Pre-orders
2. Giftcards (should be stored in a separate account as returnable cash deposit.)
