Retaillers know they are going into administration ahead of their closure and yet they continue to sell gift cards and vouchers. I want the Government to rule that retaillers must stop selling gift cards and vouchers as soon as they know they are going into administration, or they must honour the gift cards and vouchers they have sold in good faith.
