Petition Legislate to Allow Religious Symbols To Be Worn at Work

More details

The signed call upon the Prime Minister to make good on is previous statements, and allow the wearing of religious symbols, of whatever religion, at work.
The only exemption to be for overwhelming Health and Safety reasons.

Furthermore, the Prime Minister should instruct his Cabinet to look at ways in which all Public Sector institutions could accomodate such religious symbols. For example, through the use of sewn-on patches or other suitable methods, such that they do not conflict with Health and Safety concerns.

This would then allow members of all faiths to express their faith, as guaranteed by the European Court of Human Rights judgement of 15th January 2013.
