Closed Immediately stop ALL child benefit payments to any child who is NOT resident inside the UK.

After many years of being told about this abomination there is a recent report which says that 24000 children who live outside the UK for whom child benefit is being claimed may not event exist AND WE HAVE NO WAY OF CHECKING. This is a disgusting and immoral waste of money taken from UK taxpayers under threat of criminalisation if they take steps to NOT pay their income taxes. THIS HANDING OUT OF OUR MONEY TO FOREIGNERS IN FOREIGN COUNTRY HAS TO STOP. AND IT HAS TO STOP NOW!
