Closed British National (Overseas) Citizen should have full British Nationality

People in Hong Kong who hold the British National (Overseas) passport are British; however, the British government is refusing and avoiding giving these Hong Kongers the right of abode in the United Kingdom nor in any of the British territories while allowing the Romanian and Bulgarian to live and work in the UK. The British government even allows the People's Republic of China government to force these loyal Queen's citizens to have Chinese Nationality. This is not acceptable to treat our own citizens as outsiders. We must rescue our citizens from the Communist and give the Hong Kongers the Full British Nationality or at least the right of abode in the UK.
