Closed Repatriate all EU members on benefits to their home countries

Due to the ever increasing costs to the taxpayer, it would seem logical to remove all EU foreign citizens that are drawing benefits and are without jobs and repatriate them to their own country. This would save the Government and ultimately, the taxpayer £2 billion in unnecessary benefit payouts
