Closed impose time limits on HMRC and make them accountable for failures to adere to them

We the undersigned demand action on current HMRC time limits and release of information regarding self assessment tax returns .as it stands rules regarding this are set by HMRC we demand they be made fully accountable for inaccurate and misleading information relayed to tax payers via electronic, verbal or hard copy. and time limits set on procedures which currently have "no time limit" such as "extra security checks" and reasons supplied for these checks.
We also demand a penalty system be imposed on HMRC for failings on their behalf which is currentlty a one sided situation .
