Rejected petition Ensure migrants do not claim benefits until after they have lived here for 2 years

I want the government to review it policy when it allows migrants from Romania and Bulgaria to come here in December, to ensure they will not be allowed to claim any benefits until they have worked here for at least 2 years. This will make sure that people living in the country already know that the migrants have not been given hand outs and housing as soon as they come here.This may make it easier for the migrants to be welcomed here.
